My Three Phase program is designed and guaranteed to get you the best results and empower you to confidently take control of your fitness and health goals.
The first phase is all about accountability and creating a strong foundation to build your exercise and nutrition skills until they become second nature. There will be a strong focus on learning exercise technique to ensure safe training practice and also to avoid injury. You will learn the fundamental lifts and add them to your growing
Phase Two builds on what you have learned and practiced in Phase One. You will continue to train with me but be confidently training on your own as well outside of our sessions.
Phase Three is the final phase, it’s a hybrid approach. Hybrid training offers you the best of everything I have to offer to make sure you achieve your goals.
We work together in a small group (max 3 people) once a week. This time is to ensure your exercise technique is correct and, you know exactly how hard to push yourself on every exercise. Your plan is constantly adjusted to perfectly suit your changing body and performance. This keeps you clear of any potential injuries and ensures you are always getting great results on your journey towards your goals.
The rest of the week you get your individual plans delivered conveniently to your phone in my app. These are built to perfectly fit around your lifestyle. You can train anywhere you want, whenever you want.

We work together doing face to face training sessions, virtually at a regularity and time that suits you. We use this time to ensure your exercise technique is perfect, you know exactly how hard to push yourself on every exercise and your plan is constantly adjusted to perfectly suit your changing body and performance. This keeps you clear of any potential injuries and ensures you are always getting great results on your journey towards your goals.
The rest of the week you get your individual plans delivered conveniently to your phone in my app. These are built to perfectly fit around your lifestyle and save you the time, hassle and cost of having to go to the gym. You can train anywhere you want, whenever you want.
You get much more access to you me than you would as just a face to face client. You get my coaching, accountability, training programs and support all week long, not just for one maybe two hours a week we are together in a face-to-face environment. This means we can work together on every single aspect of getting you results and seeing you smash your goals.
I will still be able to check your exercise technique to ensure you are doing everything correctly when your working on your own.
