I’m Michelle Lavergne, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and (former) rugby - playing mum of two busy boys. I train and coach women who have already started their health and wellness journey with the best of intentions, but have failed to achieve the results they are looking for. I optimise your current baseline by tweaking and sharpening your exercise and nutrition skills and providing you with the necessary tools to set you up for life.

I’m talking about women in their late 30s onwards who believe they can still train like they are in their 20s but are not getting the same results as before. Frustration sets and boom...the F@*k it mindset is born. Mums who are at home or working part-time (read full-time), with little time for proper nutrition or good quality workouts and are feeling a little burnt out or utterly exhausted.
